O Pizza Mia — Restaurant in Ouder-Amstel

Pizza looks nothing like the pictures you see here on Google. Went here with a friend who was here before and he also said the pizza was way worse this time.

Looking at the pictures the pizza should have been in the ball park of a Neapolitan pizza, but it was closer to a fast food pizza. The sauce & cheese were tasteless, no flavour whatsoever, only the dough was nice.

Afgelopen zaterdag hebben we hier gegeten met vier personen. Dit restaurant is relatief nieuw in ons dorp en wat mij betreft hebben ze daarom een grote gunfactor. De ambiance is prima, gezellig ingericht, niet te luide muziek en goede stoelen. De open keuken is leuk en je zit niet in een onwijs zware kooklucht. De voorgerechten en pizza’s waren vers prima op smaak. De pizza met tonijn was wel erg nat, ik denk doordat de tonijn te veel water in zich had. Tip voor de kok. De eigenaresse bedient zelf en zij is vriendelijk en attent. Haar collega was minder blij die avond en liet dat merken met een zware zucht als we haar aandacht vroegen. En dat is jammer, want aandacht krijgen bleek best lastig. Als je dan een karafje water bestelt dat te weinig water bevat voor vier glaasjes en je bent een kwartier bezig met aandacht van de serveerster te krijgen om een tweede karafje te bestellen, dan is dat irritant. Misschien had het te maken met een tafel met 10 personen naast ons, maar er waren ook nog 12 tafels leeg in het restaurant, dus druk was het niet. Het zij haar vergeven.
