The Worst Experience Ever - Completely Unacceptable! ⭐☆☆☆☆ (if I could give zero stars, I would)

I have never encountered such unprofessional and outright rude behavior at any establishment as I did at [Restaurant Name]. From the moment we walked in, it was clear we were not welcome. The staff didn’t even bother to greet us properly. Instead, they looked us up and down as though we didn’t belong there and outright refused to seat us without offering any valid explanation.

We stood there awkwardly while they continued to ignore us and act dismissive, which was both humiliating and infuriating. When we asked for clarification, they were unapologetic and made no effort to accommodate us or even explain their policy, if one existed. This place has clearly forgotten that customers are the reason they exist. Hospitality? They wouldn't know the meaning of the word.

If you’re looking for a place that treats you with basic human decency, steer clear of this arrogant and elitist excuse for a restaurant. It seems they’ve forgotten that they’re in the service industry and instead operate like a private club for their chosen few. Absolutely disgraceful. Avoid...

As an asian myself, I love love asian fusion but make sure that the spices and the taste will still be the same.

But hey, it might be one of my favorite restaurants now.

The wasabi mayo or something was actually not too strong. It was good.

The poke bowl that I had is very nice too. Was it edemame beans? I dont know. I just ate all of it.

However, I couldn't finish because it was a lot for me and my husband. We had each poke bowl but we didn't expect that the serving was too much.

Maybe it would be nicer to have some kind of like a medium serving and a normal serving options. Something like that so we could actually enjoy other food as well.

Anyways, it is actually delicious. Definitely going back again.

The price is also fair and the robot is cute. Never made a mistake...

I was there 2 times, they serve best ramen I had in the Netherlands. Food was really good, prices are proper and menu is quite packed with interesting dishes. They also have pretty nice drinks to offer. Most of the serving crew was approachable and nice, but I will share one thing about waiter I disliked and made me not to visit anymore. I have polish roots and I asked my mother for a dinner so we were speaking Polish in there, and first of all waiter gave our dish to the other guests instead of us, then was trying to avoid our questions, later he was making inappropriate jokes with other customers how they have to much migrants and languages in their country etc. Laughing out loud from us.
