We have visited this restaurant for lunch. We chose the Winter Menu and ordered food for our 2 year old son from the children Menu.

In the Kids menu there was a choice of Chicken with French fries and Apple Sauce. We ordered the chicken and asked the waitress if we could have pasta instead of the fries along with the chicken, which she accepted.

After waiting for almost 30 minutes, the so called "Kids Meal" arrived, however only a tiny plate of pasta without the chicken and the apple sauce on the side. We called the waitress right away who apologized and removed the pasta. It took another half an hour until we finally received our food along with only one Sate stick of Chicken which was supposed to be instead of the Kids meal .... As we were running late I ordered the bill before having the main course and asked the desert to be packed for take away. Once I received the bill I have been invoiced for a "Kids Meal" which we never had nor received completely and an additional stick of Sate chicken 7 Euros for Kids Meal + 2.50 for the Chicken stick . I called the waiter and asked for clarification , who informed me that the pasta we never touched and has been removed was the Kids Meal, and that they gave us an extra sate stick which she invoiced. I Informed her that it was not correct as we ordered the Kids meal with Chicken Sate and Apple Sauce from the beginning, and Pasta instead of the French Fries . She seemed very inexperienced and called a young guy, who claimed to be the manager. After explaining the entire scenario to him, he replied very rudely that we ordered Pasta and that this was their Kids Meal. I clearly explained to him that we ordered the kids meal with the chicken and apple sauce, and replace the fries with pasta, and that the waitress had taken the pasta away after we informed her that the order was wrong.

He rudely answered that the pasta was the kids meal and that it was not their problem that our son did not like the pasta! My son didn't even touch the pasta as we returned it right away since we ordered a completely different Meal. He became more rude and told me in a very unprofessional way that no matter what we would have to pay for the Kids Meal we never received, or else he would have our Main courses removed and make us leave the restaurant.

My family and I didn't touch the main courses and immediately stood up after his very rude threat, paid for our drinks and left the Restaurant.

This is the worst behavior I have ever encountered and were shocked for such unprofessioal behavior. As a polished Hotelier and serial Restaurant owner I would never ever even hire this gentlemen to clean the dishes in the stewarding department.

We had two main courses: 4 half rack spare ribs and a tournedos (beef fillet). The ribs tasted good, but they forgot to remove the inside membrane (spare rib cooking 101). The tournedos was really bad, it had a super weird taste. As if it absorbed a chemical that was lying next to it. We complained with the waiter and he offered us two drinks on the house. Very nice and professional. Later he came back and said that the entire batch of that particular meat had been tainted and thusly had been thrown out. So we asked, how does that help us? He didn’t know what to say. So we asked for a discount. It took a while and another waitress to receive 20% off the whole bill. The first waiter just placed the receipt on the table and walked away disgruntledly and without a word. He was not happy. Why three stars? The ribs were good (aside from the membrane) and the service was good, but we had to ask for a compensation ourselves for the bad fillet. It should come from the restaurant in a case like this. Too bad we had some bad meat, this should not happen and I believe it’s a rare occurrence. So I wouldn’t say that ALL their meat is bad, yet they should make sure the freshness and overall quality of the meat is...

First time here and never again. Service is terrible. It’s Thursday and it’s suppose to be all you can eat spare ribs day that is if you can wait half an hour if you as for more. The fries they served were cold and I could count them with my fingers even though I paid extra for curly ones. Even one star is too much but have no choice because this is the lowest one can pick. Ordered a burger with fried onions for my wife, she did get the burger but onions were missing, oh but we somehow managed to find a tiny evidence that the burger was touched with something that looked like onion. Ordered kids menu with chicken nuggets for my kid but won’t call those nuggets, was more like what you find under your finger nails when you eat real chicken nuggets and once again served with cold fries.
