The patio by the water is lovely,but unfortunately they don’t open it all for lunch,even when it’s busy - this is why we had to wait for them to clean a table even if we had a reservation,it felt cramped,one of us had to sit in direct sun,and we couldn’t fully enjoy the view either. The service is completely below standards for a restaurant that claims to have class.They hire teenagers,which is great,but they should train them better,and everyone is kinda slow and unbothered.Drinks took forever,and they were not enjoyable unfortunately. Food was good,but looked better than it tasted,depending on the dish.The burger and the deserts were the only bits that were worth the price.The raw tuna in the starter could have been fresher,and the lobster bisque tasted artificial and had a gritty consistency.Everything just took so long to be served that it ruined the experience even more… I probably had too high expectations from this place,but I don’t think I...

Heard great things about this spot and it lived up to the hype. The decor is well done. It is a much bigger space than you first see when entering. The social distancing and sanitizers provided was good. The food was really well done. I didn’t care for the unusual olives brought at the start. The marinade was sweet for some reason. But it was complimentary so a nice touch at least. My steak was perfectly prepared. However I ding one star for the minimal accompaniment rice portion. For €37 it was a minimal (but delicious) presentation. I would have loved more rice. Wine list was good. And desserts were good too. Our server was also on point. Will be back. Wir waren nach einem langen Shoppingtag im Outlet Roermond hier und waren begeistert. Die Location an sich ist sehr schön an einem Fluss gelegen und im Sommer wird vermutlich die ganze Terrasse geöffnet, die direkt am Wasser liegt. Das Restaurant sieht von aussen unscheinbar und klein aus, ist innen aber riesig, dennoch aber sehr gemütlich. Der Stil ist shabby chic und industrial und gefiel uns sehr gut. Das Publikum war sehr durchwachsen von Studenten über Touristen bis hin zu Anwohnern aller Altersklassen. Die Kellner sprechen alle Englisch und manche auch etwas Deutsch. Sie tragen alle uniforme Outfits und geben ein sehr professionelles Bild ab. Die Speisekarte ist sehr ansprechend gestaltet und die Speisen sind alle etwas exklusiver, wobei sich hinter den Beschreibungen meistens raffinierte Varianten altbekannter Gerichte verbergen. Wir hatten bspw. ein Slow-cooked Chicken oder einen Burger vom Iberioco Rind. Serviert wurden die beiden genannten Hauptgerichte mit selbstgemachten Pommes. Außerdem hatten wir einen halben kanadischen Hummer auf Nudeln (glutenfrei!). Alle Gerichte waren vorzüglich und vom Preis her vollkommen gerechtfertigt. Laut Aushang scheint das Restaurant auch abends einen Barbetrieb zu machen inklusive einer äußerst langen Happy Hour von 19 Uhr bis 2 Uhr nachts.
