Bram Ladage Zuidplein Laag — Restaurant in Rotterdam

I bought a chips, and one of your employee was rude and she's not even the one whose assisting me and even her facial expression. As a customer, I want to choose not overcooked chips but I hold and touch it with care. And when I ask her, to speak english because I don't speak dutch she told me I keep on choosing and touching and I explained I just want to choose a nice chips. And after that she keeps on talking dutch which was not nice, I don't understand what she was talking about. Do you have rules that customer cannot choose or look the chips? I'm really disappointed. Especially when she keeps on talking in dutch and I looked stupid on what she was saying. Poor...

Bram Ladage is my new sweetheart for my Kroket obsession since my bf moved to Rotterdam. I order their Kroket almost everyday. Well... basically I eat their Kroket for brunch and lunch cause they are so good. Apart from Kroket, Picanto and Mexicano are on my favorite list. Their peanut sauce is also gooood!

3 times bought from here, the 1st time the amount was fine, the last 2 times were very less (medium size was just like small size and large size was like medium size). Is there any reason to explain?
