Hoekzight — Restaurant in Rotterdam

Horrible experience as a student. Bartender (older male) was rude and aggressive, raising his voice at us and being incredibly disrespectful. The payment was a complete mess and the barman attempted to scam us with more drinks than we had actually consumed. When we complained, he shouted angrily "You pay now", pushing the card machine in our face several times. This is not the way a legitimate customer friendly business should operate. Incredibly disappointed and clearly indicates the place is far away from being the "best bar" as they claim and showing the nature of the bar as revolving around money as opposed to customer care.
