The customer service was amazing from the front desk, to the foreman to the mechanic. A can-do approach and solution-oriented. Despite the most frustrating experience of a flat tire on a run flat tire, 3 hours from home and unavailable tire lock within our car. Was in Rotterdam for work and stumbled upon this amazing bar. Great atmosphere and yummy cocktails. Don’t forget the fantastic personal service. Honestly it’s a shame if you don’t go here while you’re in Rotterdam! This really was the highlight of my trip, and lots of good restaurants next to it for a great dinner! Vanavond na een heerlijk hapje eten bij de Meatclub nog een drankje gaan doen bij Mavis. Goed bezochte kroeg, die qua uitstraling vanaf buiten minder aantrekkingskracht heeft dan het wellicht verdient. Eenmaal binnen is de sfeer heel ontspannen. Als je het aan durft bestel een cocktail, zoek niet naar de cocktail kaart, die is er niet namelijk. Onze barman heeft een neusje voor, op basis van een paar doordachte vragen, voor jou speciaal een cocktail te fabriceren, geheel aangepast aan je smaak pallet. De eerste cocktail die ik kreeg, vond ik eigenlijk niet heel lekker (doordat ik niet heel duidelijk had aangegeven dat ik geraspte sinaasappel van de schil niet heel lekker vind). Onze barman gaf direct aan dat hij de cocktail ging ruiken en ik mocht iets anders bestellen. Ik ben best een cocktail liefhebber, en deze jongen is geen amateur. Cocktails worden met liefde en uiterste zorg gemaakt en smaken er ook naar. Conclusie, super gezellige tent, top cocktails, top personeel. Gemixt publiek. Ik ga zeker...
