Starbucks Erasmus MC — Restaurant in Rotterdam

The worst starbucks staff I've encountered. I visited this branch on 21 november 2024 at around 10.50 AM. I've visited many starbucks, in many locations and countries. This location has the worst staff.

The new staff is polite. While the other doesn't even know there are 3 shots of espresso in grande size, talk in very rude high tone since the beginning (the male) and talked to me in rude high tone when they have my order wrong (the female). The male stared at me angryly and when I stared back he asked me" Is there something you want to say to me?" In the end, he said if "If you are not happy, you can leave." It's very rude since I haven't even finished my coffee and sandwich.

Basically, they can talk rude to you, using intimidating tone and body language, but you can't do the same to them.

O yeah, the gaslighting presence also since they didn't admit to talk in rude way and treat everyone else after me super nice. To make it look like I'm the issue.

Again, this is the worst starbucks staff I've encountered since I've started becoming a starbucks customer 15 years ago and always ordered the same...

It's great that Erasmus MC gets a Starbucks at such proximity, a nice option for all doctors and nurses willing to get a much deserved coffee break during a long shift..
