Westkop — Restaurant in Rotterdam

Visited with my sister and my mother and I was extremely disappointed. At first we had a nice cappucino, nothing wrong with that. After that we ordered some food and I ordered Pizza and Bruscetta. In most restaurants it is customary to get antipasti before the main course. But no, not here. My mum told me to ask the waiter if I could get my bruscetta before my pizza. I told her that was ridiculous, since all restaurants bring the appetizer first. For some ungodly reason I got my pizza first and I was honestly completely flabbergasted. Second of all, it was honestly a terrible pizza! Way too much spinach and the dough was extremely thin and soft. I swear to god, if you gave my infant cousin a bit of dough, even she could have made a better pizza. 2 stars, because the waiters were very nice, they...

We’ve been regulars here for a while since it’s conveniently located near our workplace. We typically enjoy ordering wine, beer, and pizza after work. However, during our most recent visit, we ordered two glasses of chardonnay and were surprised by how small the pours were. When we brought it up to the bar, we were told it was the ‘standard pour’ and that if we had received more on previous visits, it was simply because we had been ‘lucky with the bartender that day.’

Unfortunately, we didn’t take a picture of the pour, but as scientists who also pour liquids for a living, it was noticeably at least 30% less than the regular amount. It’s hard to justify paying over 6 euros for a serving that was so little. We’ll likely be looking for a new spot for our after-work drinks...

Hi! I went here today, i came in with a big smile and gave a big excited hi, one of the workers welcomed me and asked where i would like to have a sit, I said "upsi, don't wanna sit, here to pee, is it possible?", the worker proceeds to say it costs 1€ to go to the toilet, and I was shocked, 1€ to pee? Tradge. I proceeded to pay, because i REALLY needed toilet time.... I do my business, discharge what I had to discharge, leave the toilet, wash my hands and on my way out i said a still excited "byeee" while being looked in the eyes, and i recieved no "bye" back, I felt really disrespected, after paying 1€ to pee I don't recieve a "bye" back?
