Service - it’s hard to find good service in the Netherlands but they are on the money. Very relaxed and helpful. Even trying to make a chitchat with us. When something went wrong with our bill they gave us a discount.
Food - Delicious! The risotto balls oh my goshhh. We shared a pizza and was enough. Pizza was very good! Don’t forget the tiramisu, unique and one of the bests we ever had!!!
Atmosphere - simple but authentic. A small place, feeling cozy with the hosts.
Location - In alley in the Oude Noorden.
Price - very fair. One of the more cheaper places in Rotterdam. €55 for the two of us including drinks (non alcoholic and tip).

Tip: make a reservation as they don’t have a lot of tables and you want to be sure...
Read moreDissapointing. The pizza oven broke down (not a big deal, can happen). But the handling of the situation was terrible. Sitting in smoke for more than 30min (with a pregnant woman at the table not great). First door opened, then closed. How to air the room? Should it be aired at all? (Well yes!) The staff gets very stressed. Our dishes arrived very late as a result. Instead of offering smth as a little apology to the guests at the restaurants (who also started to get fed up), we were asked not to order dessert because our time is up at 8pm. Even though we were waiting forever for our main dish... All in all, disappointing experience. Like I said, accidents happen but then make sure that your guests still feel cheerful and don't feel the stress and rush...
Read moreNice pizza combinations. Quite a few options are vegetarian. I went for a pizza with goat cheese on it. My friend tried something else. Due to the lettuce on top they both look the same. The tiramisu is one of the best I had in a restaurant outside of Italy as often it's made quite poorly. Service is really relaxed or slow. Take into account you'll be there a while. It seemed on purpose, to try and get you to sit for a while instead of being rushed.
