Restaurant Zeeuws Proeven — Restaurant in Sluis

I recently dined at Restaurant Zeeuws Proeven, and I must say, the food was absolutely top-notch—really delicious! However, I was disappointed by the service. I'm not someone who usually has high demands or frequently complains, but the long wait times were hard to ignore. It took a while before our order was taken, even longer for the food to arrive, and then there was a significant delay before our plates were cleared. Additionally, the staff wasn't very friendly, which detracted from the overall experience. I hope they can improve the service, as the food truly deserves better. All in all, I would give it 2...

Not a good experience. Service friendly but slow and uncoordinated. Sat for a long time on a dirty table, till It got cleaned. Took 1h to get our order. Food was good, but all together too expensive for this experience. Other customers also had to wait long time although the restaurant was not too full on a Monday evening. Had to ask service several times for drinks, food, etc.. Save your money and go eat...

Ondanks de mooie plek en de verder ok pizza’s, toch maar één ster. De bediening en service was echt waardeloos. En hoe goed ook de rest, dat bepaalt toch het geheel. Heel lang wachten, terwijl personeel toch gewoon wat staat te kletsten. Geen communicatie met gast of onderling. Als gast kreeg je eerder het geval tot last te zijn dan dat ze blij met je waren. Drinken voor kleinzoon (5) kwam pas na 3 x vragen. We waren met 3 maar ze kwamen met 4 pizza’s. Foutje bij bestelling noteren. Die 4e pizza stond overigens wel op de factuur. En op die factuur moesten we ook weer onnodig lang wachten.

Hier is nog veel, heel veel, organisatie-werk te verrichten.
