Frenchie's Burgers B.V. — Restaurant in The Hague

🤩🤩🤩🤩Perfectly cooked burger, unique combination of toppings (generous portion, cooked rare-med, big goat cheese snd and a bit of pesto mayo) - delicious (4 out of 5 stars for the bun was dry , too much like white bread for me - prefer a more dense and chewy bun, not toasted). All other ingredients were superb !!! Their smashed potatoes were super flavorful (wondering if they would consider having an option to choose either with the herb seasoning or just salt ?) and well, their homemade lemonade is top notch YUM , delicious and refreshing !!! Strong and tasty iced tea ! To round up the meal , a fudge brownie , moist and deep chocolate flavor . These guys do a burger and potatoe justice ! There are a variety of dipping sauces , we enjoyed a Tartar Sauce - extra special ! Next time we go , I’ll order my burger without the bun . Way to go guys - you’ve got a winner 🥇 They’re located by the canal with seating inside and outside (take away is an option as well ). Give it a go, you’ll be glad you did !!! ...

Had the pleasure of dining at Frenchie's during my last visit to Den Haag and it didn't disappoint! I'm such a huge fan of a high-end burger and the food on offer is certainly worthy of that classification! I always find it great when somewhere has a small bespoke menu. I had the Frenchie's signature burger, the salmon burger, fries and home made green tea and all of it was absolutely sensational. The flavours of all the individual ingredients really did come together to make something truly exceptional. What's more, I had the pleasure of meeting Ed who really made me feel welcome and talked me through all of the ingredients whilst preparing the meal for me - his enthusiasm and passion was clear. To summarise I thoroughly enjoyed both the food and ambiance of Frenchie's. As well as serving amazing burgers and food, the experience was top notch and I had such a nice time. It was a phenomenal visit! The staff were incredibly patient and kind; the lovely lady who took our order took her time to brief us on the history of how the restaurant started (which was a very interesting one, for sure!) and explained how every single item they served was entirely home made, before we placed our order. We ordered two smash burgers with sweet potato fries and mayonnaise, with their fresh, super tasty, homemade lemonade. It was a splendid meal for us; every detail of the burgers could be tasted, and the fries were so well-made and gracious. It was indeed a pleasant experience, and I’m very grateful to the amazing chef (top hero) and lovely waitress who served us. I’m looking forward to visiting again when I visit Den Haag next. :)
