Little Miss Sangria 🇪🇸 — Restaurant in The Hague

This is one of my favourite places in The Hague. It has the best combination of lovely food, relaxed atmosphere and the most welcoming, friendly owners. What my friends and I love about Little Miss Sangria is their selection of home made sangrias, our personal favourite - Lady in Red. If you can’t decide, then go for the flight of sangria as a taster set. To compliment that, I highly recommend their borrel plankje which comes with grilled pimento, kalamata olives, the most tastiest Serrano ham kroket, lemony-garlic shrimps, manchego cheese, warm bread roll, delicious albondigas and a surprise topped baguette from the chef. Little miss sangria had been on my list for some time to visit since moving to The Hague. However I was a bit disappointed with how slow the service was, I had to keep going to the bar to request for a waiter if I wanted to order more food/drinks which is a little frustrating. And no apology from the waiter about this lack of service, which is what makes me not want to return. Also I felt they could have had more veggie options available on the menu or at least have the flexibility to switch some of the meat options out. We have been meaning to dine at this quaint little restaurant from a while and we were definitely not disappointed! We had the opportunity to order from their new menu and all the dishes we tried were fresh and flavorful. We even tried a few of the Sangria options and loved every one of them. Added to this they are pet friendly (definitely a big thumbs up to them on this because our Dog was being super moody and hyper and yet the staff and management were empathetic and told us not to worry).
