Adore Cake Atelier is a women-owned gem in Den Haag that specializes in custom-made artisan cakes crafted with quality ingredients. You can truly taste the difference. Their famous honey cake is my personal favorite, but they also offer some indulgent cakes, including a triple chocolate mousse cake, red velvet cake, various cupcakes as well some seasonal treats such as kruidnoten cheesecake.

The welcoming, cozy interior is a refreshing departure from the cookie-cutter (pun intended) styles of other cafes - every detail feels special and thoughtfully designed. It's also a family-friendly spot, with a diaper changing station and kid's chairs, making it perfect for parents.

A nice and cosy place away from the busy city centre of the Hague. We tried 3 cakes. The earl grey cheesecake was a no-bake gelatine-based cheesecake. Personally I am not a fan of gelatine-based cheesecakes. I prefer more New York style creamy cheesecakes. So it was not my thing. The poppy seed lemon curd cake was fine but nothing impressive. We really like the carrot orange cake. It was the best. The sponge cake was really soft and tasteful, the frosting was creamy and the orange filling nicely complemented the whole dessert. I would definitely take it again. The coffee was mediocre. They have a full automatic machine so no barista coffee. I would come again for the honey cake.
