Well as we come from a French/international community, in English so, I apologize for my bad English ;)

It appeared to me, it's probably my French side, that for more than 80% the critics are from English-speaking customers, including Francophobic/Frenchphobia/Francophobia... Curious, no ? I'm wondering :)

In short, as far as I am concerned as a French person accustomed to my Franco/French criteria and its expectations and its annoying side too, Me ? nothing to complain about... What if they find the bread hard ? they just have to listen to the very attentive staff who ask you how you prefer your bread to be cooked ;) just an example in passing :) Listen guy's listen ...pay attention, you know ?

On the internet, this company is advertised as "Bakker", but a Bakker with cooked dishes, its own import of cheeses and cold meats, because they personally take the trouble to go to France to look for the original products, and they make their jams ... miam yum :)

I witnessed also, amazing, the making of Strawberry tartlets, like this, on a Sunday morning at 10.00 a.m., there was no more, then ? action/reaction... the making of... Bravo :)

Well done, keep it up, And my personal tip: The foie gras terrine...to die for :)

Used to be great, now the quality is declining and some staff are not so well trained.

I ordered two rillettes de canard sandwhiches with butter, pickle and mustard. One was missing the pickles, and you would need an electron microscope to locate the wafer thin layer of rilletes du canard that was allegedly spread inside both. I reconsidered my rating twice as this place is not that good anymore. The last time I bought a quiche I found a black short hair in it...oh my...that can never happen at a place where they sell food (btw the guy who sold me the quiche had the same color and length of hair).
