McDonald's — Restaurant in The Hague

This McDonald's has the classic essentials that you would expect from a fast food place. The staff are nice and friendly, but it has a major flaw. This McDonald's has a horrible drive through. Not only is it poorly accessible and badly marked. It has a very long exit road which loops around to bring you right back to the weird entrance, which in its own right has some flaws being situated right next to a busy road. The actual ramp to the windows is the WORST I've ever seen! It's the tiniest of ramps. If you have a car which isn't mini you will have difficulty driving up it, because of the dangee of scraping your carr against It's high sides. Something which had definitely happened many times before as you can see the scraping on the side walls itself. It has a bend in the ramp aswell which makes it even worse. This drive through needs to be updated to modern standards before this McDonald's can go up in rating! Food was to be expected from a McDonald's, tasty in...

Ik bezocht deze plek met het doel om snel een koffie to-go te halen, en mijn ervaring was over het algemeen erg positief. Het eerste wat me opviel, was hoe netjes en schoon het interieur was. Het is duidelijk dat er veel aandacht wordt besteed aan hygiëne en onderhoud, wat een aangename eerste indruk achterlaat. De tafels, vloer en zelfs de toonbank zagen er keurig uit, en dit gaf me meteen een gevoel van vertrouwen in de kwaliteit van de zaak.

Het personeel verdient ook een pluim. Ondanks dat het redelijk druk was, werd ik snel geholpen. De medewerkers waren niet alleen efficiënt, maar ook erg beleefd en professioneel. Ze begroetten me vriendelijk en zorgden ervoor dat mijn bestelling snel werd afgehandeld, zonder dat ik het gevoel had gehaast te worden. Dit soort klantvriendelijkheid maakt echt een verschil, vooral als je onderweg bent en snel iets wilt meenemen.

De koffie zelf was van uitstekende kwaliteit. Het was duidelijk dat er zorg en aandacht werd besteed aan het bereiden ervan. Het had een rijke smaak, met precies de juiste balans tussen bitterheid en aroma. Het is fijn om te weten dat zelfs een eenvoudige koffie to-go hier met liefde wordt gemaakt.

Een klein nadeel dat ik merkte, was het parkeren in de buurt. Het kan behoorlijk lastig zijn om een parkeerplek te vinden, vooral tijdens drukkere tijden. Dit is misschien iets om rekening mee te houden als je van plan bent met de auto te komen. Als je echter in de buurt woont of met het openbaar vervoer komt, is dit natuurlijk geen probleem.

Al met al was mijn ervaring erg prettig. De combinatie van een schone en nette omgeving, vriendelijke en snelle service, en kwalitatief goede koffie maakt dit een uitstekende plek om even langs te gaan. Ondanks de parkeeruitdaging is het zeker de moeite waard, en ik kom hier graag...

The staff, especially the manager has no manners. Tables are dirty and when you ask the staff to clean it they are grumpy and you have to wait forever for them to come back and clean the table. The portions get smaller and smaller, you order the L fries and they fill it only half full. The fries were cold and my ice cream was super small. I always get my ice cream here and it’s always a normal portion. When I went back to tell them they told me it’s even more than what I should get.
