No integrity, we’ve been met with lies! NO COMMUNICATION! Despite being told one day prior to our arrival about the inoperative elevator which according to the staff would be repaired asap, the lift has never been repaired, so we had to carry our luggage on the steep staircases up to the 4th floor and obviously also climb up the same height each day on foot. For this reason, we called them on the second day to discuss this matter, they promised to call back on the same day and propose a solution but never showed the respect to actually call back which is pathetic. The building and the flat itself has a very uncomfortable odor. THE ADJACENT BUILDING IS UNDER RENOVATION MEANING CONSTANT NOISES OF DRILLINGS AND HAMMERS AS EARLY AS 7:10 IN THE MORNING. Of course this information is very well concealed from potential guests for obvious reasons. Many better comparable apartments can be found in the city of Hague. (Just icing on the cake, is that we have been called by a Hungarian staff member called Barbara some days after booking that they could not offer the exact apartment Maurits 6 for us which would have been on the other side of the building, further away from the construction and therefore they “upgraded” us to the 4th top floor. Apparently it was rather a DOWNGRADE but this is seemingly what we can expect from these people.)
Update: Reply to BizStay. STOP LYING!!!!!! We have seeked assistance for our case at our local EU consumer protection center. Both audio recordings videos and pictures prove that we are right. You are DISHONEST people!!! They build up a large scaffolding and only worked on it for those three days. That’s what you mean by “temporary”? Is it a coincidence???? Do you actually mean it? Do you think the guests are that stupid???? The elevator likewise only broke during our stay, right???? We can only laugh at how you try to justify...

Update for company reply; WE CALLED YOU NUMEROUS TIMES DURING OUR STAY AND WE WERE PROMISED THAT YOU WOULD CALL US BACK, YOUR COLLEAGUES NEVER DID! I AM NOT OBLIGED TO CHECK MY EMAILS EVERY MINUTE WHEN WE ARE EXPECTING A CALL. THE FACT THAT YOU OFFER A 50% VOUCHER IS IRRELEVANT. AND THAT YOU DARE TO WRITE PUBLICLY THAT THE CONSTRUCTION IS TEMPORARY IS A JOKE. EVEN YOUR TELEPHONE COLLEAGUE I CALLED ON THE 8th OF SEPTEMBER TOLD US THAT THE NEIGHBOR BUILDING !!!NOT NEARBY AS YOU MENTION!!!! BUT THE EXACT ADJACENT BUILDING HAS BEEN UNDER RENOVATION FOR 3 MONTHS. SO IN REALITY YOU NEVER TRIED TO COMPENSATE...
