The Hague Pizza — Restaurant in The Hague

I ordered a pizza from this ‘restaurant’ and selected in the delivery options for the driver not to ring the door bell and to call me instead. When the driver arrived, he ignored the request and repeatedly slammed on the door until I came down. I payed him and took the pizza upstairs. This was only the start of the mess! Firstly the pizza was cold and the wrong order but that really didn’t matter as what was delivered barley resembled a pizza at all. In fact it looked more like my dogs dinner! It was in such a state, and I think half eaten already that it is most likely that it was taken out of the bin, boxed up and sent to me. At first when I saw it I thought it was in such a state that it made me laugh and I thought these guys must be playing a joke on me, but no, they are just a shambles of a ‘restaurant’. Just to top off this mess. When I complained I was accused of eating some pizza and pretending it wasn’t me. End result, no refund, no apology, no replacement pizza....

I just ordered a late night meal from this place and experienced the worst ever experience! I really would not recommend.

I was waiting three hours for my food which never got delivered. I called several times whereby they kept telling me my food was on the way, I was speaking to them in a friendly manner and stayed calm.However, they hung up the phone on me two times, not only that they had the audacity to insult me and told me to use my brain.

All I wanted was my food, I did not deserve this treatment nor did I deserve to have my money taken.

For the last time I called they told me they had delivered it to the wrong address & told me I had to re order to get my food. Even though THEY delivered it to the wrong address..

I currently do not have any food and my money is gone. The Hague pizza won’t refund me my money, this...

This was my first visit, since I only moved here less than two months ago. I ordered the Funghi (mushroom) pizza, around 8pm on a Saturday. It was ready in a little over 15 minutes, a reasonable wait.

I got the year-round 5 euro offer, where every pizza they sell goes for that price, as long as you pick it up yourself (no delivery). It wasn't small, not like Domino's can be, just the right size.

The taste was fine and the cheese played a positive role next to the champignons/mushrooms.

I also received bags of hot sambal sauce and garlic sauce (one of each).

After eating it I felt comfortable and satisfied, not stuffed, exactly the way it should be (Italians say). My Italian roommate approves of this place too, he says it's the only place in the Hague where you can get decent, Italian...
