Café Emma — Restaurant in The Hague

I used to go here a lot. But, due to what happened in the last three times I was there, I am adamant I won't go anymore. Usually, I would go there in the night when there are no other options in the vicinity of my place. Most of the staff there are not hospitable. There is this certain sense or urge to make you leave asap. In one instance, they misplaced us four times. We were a bit shocked. Later I realized it was because we've been ordering drinks at a slow pace and this led them to prioritize whoever comes at the moment to whoever was sitting before - us. I understand COVID has changed many things and we have all been affected and for a while I thought it was just a matter of realignment to the after COVID effect, but my last three visits have been plainly bad.
