LOC Brewery — Restaurant in Tilburg

A surprise find - saw the logo through the window of the train as I was coming into Tilburg. I thought darn I gotta visit. First though I was visiting Beer Brigadier where I asked if he liked the place - he recommended it so I said ok I have enough time to jump in and try a few beers. The place is just next to the train station, 3 minute walk. There are 20 taps (17 were being used) so a ton of choices. The beers I tried were made by LOC themselves and the quality level was there even though not all if them were in the style I prefer. 2 were really top. Had a pleasant conversation with the lady who was running the bar with good suggestions and some good laughs. All in all a recommended place for all visitors to Tilburg. Best joke there is 2 more beer places just...

Try the beers they brew, not the beers from other breweries , you won't be disappointed

Parking is there but a bit of an issue at the moment as a bit of a building site near it, but I can't hold the brewery responsible for that

A visita foi no dia 10 de setembro, uma quarta a noite, chegando no local no fim de noite e foi fantástico.

Nesse dia eu sai cedo da Bélgica para Tilburg, tendo caminhado 12km pela cidade e a cervejaria foi o 4º local diferente que bebi cerveja na cidade e mesmo assim, estando bem cansado, me lembro do quanto foi boa a experiência.

Infelizmente quando eu cheguei a cozinha já estava fechada e acabei ficando só na cerveja.

O local já estava no meu roteiro e mesmo assim eu recebi a indicação da loja De Bierbrigadier que deveria passar na LOC para experimentar boas cervejas da localidade.

Chegando ao local eu pedi pela régua de degustação que veio com 3 estilos que amo (witbier, pale ale e vienna) e 1 que acho mais ou menos, o New England Ipa e acabou que o que mais gostei foi a NEIPA.

Eu fiz um vídeo no qual falo sobre a NEIPA: a cerveja explode alegria na boca. Então posso dizer que a cerveja Lord Nelson é deslumbrante.

Eu tenho pós-graduação na área de cerveja e minha viagem era de 18 dias para beber cerveja e para lembrar e elogiar uma cerveja de um estilo não me encanta, é porque ela realmente é memorável, especialmente após ter experimentado a bebida de muitos locais diferentes.
