You have to wait painfully long to either get bread or pay. Bread rolls mostly taste old (like from the day before) are everyday very different in size but the price remains the same. You have to guess if it’s a ciabatta with cranberry or olives, most of the times they are in the same basket. Once I asked an employee which one is the one with olives and she just took it right on her nose to smell, and wanted to sell the one she touched to me. I almost always get too good to go orders. They have a big variety of bread and most of it is good Dutch bread. Love all the brown loaves, the afbaak brood and their white white bread and rolls are really the tastiest i’ve seen.

The cakes also look appealing. Some of the pastries are too bready.

They miss a good sourdough but it’s just not their specialty.
