Susu Poké — Restaurant in Utrecht

Im done with this place. Have ordered 3 times via delivery apps. The first one took an hour and a half because the deliverer "dropped the order". The second was fine. The third took 2 and a half hours because the delivery guy just had not come back to pick up more orders. Shitty explanations for a shitty establishment. No apologies, no calls to update, 0 intention to make right by their customers. Will go out of my way to make sure people do not keep committing the same mistake....

I ordered on a Wednesday at 18.45, it said it would be delivered within the hour. We waited until about 20.15 and then called to see what was going on since it hadn’t arrived yet. Impolite people, can't take orders on the phone or in the shop, says sorry but just makes excuses. The terminal in the shop doesn't even have their full menu, they are taking cash orders only, probably because they are dodging taxes. Hope they get an audit. They even have the guts to talk down to customers like they are being a problem. This is not a restaurant it's McDonald's,just worse. Don't buy here, they treat you...
