I had the worst ever experience with the delivery that I must share! First of all if you don't speak Dutch don't even bother... half an hour before the food actually being delivered I got a call from the delivery person who told me that she is waiting at a nearby Domino's qnd I need to go there to pick up my food as my address is on the high street and she can't deliver it there. I tried to explain that she needs to follow the additional notes to the address and then she laughed at me and somehow (despite claiming that she doesn't speak english)told me that "1 hour at dominos try again... bye bye". I called the restaurant and explained the situation that the driver is expecting me to pick up my food from the other end of the high street is not exactly home delivery that I was charged €1.95 for. I was reassured that the driver will come and deliver the food ASAP. Half an hour later she turned up, the food is cold and as much as I was impressed with everything 2 day ago I must say that I will think twice before I order from this place again... apparently 2 days ago our food was delivered by a scooter and today by car... Please allow me this not being my problem! The food is amazing if you are lucky enough to try it before it gets cold. The customer service is shocking and would have given 0 starts if it was an option. I wanted to ask for a refund and refuse the order but the restaurant slammed the phone down on me... congratulations, you have just lost a customer for life! Wish you all the best in the future and that the customer service you provide will not ruin anyone...

The lady taking my order seemed completely disinterested and seemed to dislike me even though I was perfectly polite. I asked for a double patty but then saw on my receipt that she had forgotten that so I went back and told her about it politely and she seemed shocked and said “you never said that”. Since the burger had not even been made yet, the obvious solution was to just make another patty and charge me the extra money.

However, she felt the need to discuss this “problem” with another staff member as if it was so complicated. She also seemed to talk about me condescendingly. Eventually I paid the money and waited for my order. Once the order came, we received mayonnaise and my friend asked me to go ask for ketchup. I asked for ketchup and the same lady seemed like it was a big deal. She gave me one single packet of ketchup.

I used to order from here regularly, but after my last experience I'm quitting. They forgot to bring me a milkshake, I called them, they said they would send it to me right away. An hour later I called again and they told me the courier was already on the way. I still haven't received it. When I ordered again a week later, I ordered extra cheddar cheese for my hamburger. After unpacking the order at home, I found out that they didn't give me any cheddar even though I paid for it. I have many similar experiences. They forget something with almost every order. I definitely don't...
