New York Pizza — Restaurant in Venlo

This branch is terrible. I have ordered from them for delivery 2 pizzas. I’ve been waiting for it for 2 hours than I made a phone call to them and they said they have no driver I will get a refund. I said it’s fine. But the refund did never came. The next week I have made a phone call to them AMD the store manager promised I will get a refund that week. Did not happen! Than the next week I made a phone call and the manager told me he keep me posted. I have mailed the costumer service of New York pizza and they offered me a free pizza,but they tell me they can’t make my refund only the branch.
