You deserve NO STARS!!! Two days ago on Saturday morning, I ordered 3x hash browns, bottle water and a large coffee.. That was fine.. Got the hash browns and water.. waited a little for the coffee which is normal.. When I received the coffee, it was over filled, the lid wasn't on properly.. boiling hot coffee was spilling down my hands and all over my body and my legs, it was excruciating.. I wanted to drop the cup immediately, but I knew I couldn't.. I had to handle the burning pain and hold it, because I didn't want to be cleaning yucky coffee out of my car later on.. my daughter was calling out to the lady through the window who gave the coffee.. She just turned and looked at us, but never came to the window.. Several minutes later, my daughter sounded the horn.. Again, the lady just looked at us over her shoulder then continued standing there.. eventually a young man came over, my daughter asked him for some napkins, then politely told him, next time that lady makes a coffee, to make sure she presses the lid down properly.. he apologized for her, then we left.. we turned the corner and parked up so that I could clean myself up.. I had to go home and run cold water on my hands, my stomach and my legs because they were burning.. I'm not a person who yells, screams or makes a scene.. I'm not rude to service staff, or violent.. All i wanted was some napkins and an apology and she couldn't even lower herself, to even check, why we needed her...
Read moreMcdonald's has good fast food. I went 3 days in a row, and they didn't have ice cream around 5-5:30pm. I asked why the 3rd day they were running the machine through some program, etc. Then I asked if they did this everyday around the same time. He didn't know!! You go through the drive-through, and the menu is nice and bright. When people go through drive-through, it is suppose to be quick. Now you are advertising all the menu board in bright led lights etc, when you don't have ice cream, frozen coke, nuggets spicy range, or coffee (especially morning time), or anything else.....let the customer know at the entrance of the drive-through. You have a menu on both sides when you order. Maybe move the other two boards at the entrance of the drive-through. At least then, we won't be wasting our time in the line at the drive-through or your employees having to give excuses to customers. Today I ordered Mac chicken combo, and they didn't give me a drink! Tonight I was sitting in the drive through the guy at the booth asked me to repeat myself 3 times because he couldn't hear me but I was speaking extra loud into the speaker box. I get to the window pay for my order get given my mc flurry and told to park around the corner. To my surprise my mc flurry had no added chocolate sauce that I asked for at the speaker, that I also paid for so I got that sent back in to be made right by what I paid for. Then I get home open my Kerwin frost box to find that they gave me pathetic children's toys instead of the Kerwin frost toy that im paying extra for by ordering this Kerwin frost box meal. I am so mad and never going back to McDonald's Cavendish Drive. At least have the curtesy to tell me at the speaker box that you do not have the Kerwin toys. That way I would NOT have ordered from you at all. I'm trying to collect the Kerwin toys. If I wanted regular toys I would have ordered a regular...
