Amble + Birch — Restaurant in Ōtara-Papatoetoe

I worked nearby, I go to this cafe everyday and bought coffee. I m vegetarian. They have display one quinche name feta and spinach and another one is bacon and egg. I asked the lady at the counter that I am pure vegetarian and she said this is vegetarian didnot let me know about egg. After one bite I came to know that there was egg in it, I asked that lady can I return she yes you can but I can’t give you refund, you can buy free coffee next time. My friend told me to grab something in written like voucher but she said you came everyday I remember you. When I went today that girl was hiding in the counter and the other lady told me that she cannot give me free coffe because that was my fault. If she cannot why they made wrong promise, I didnot ask for voucher because of their face value as I m there regular customer. If she cannot gave me free coffee she have to told me so I can give my food to someone else and not wasted my money. Bad customer service. Never buy coffee...

Ambled into Amble + Birch for a coffee (see what I did there?) last week and ordered an Iced Coffee and a Flat White.

The Iced Coffee comes unsweetened, so if you prefer a touch of sweetness, I’d recommend adding a shot of caramel, vanilla, or hazelnut. That aside, it was refreshing, while the Flat White was just what was needed for a quick caffeine boost.

The café offers plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors, making it a comfortable spot to relax.

👍The coffee here is fantastic!!👍 Especially, the taste of flat white is amazing.☕ The aroma of coffee beans is good enough to remain from beginning to end. Steak is more delicious than regular restaurants and the quality of meat is good. I kept eating the chips because they were crispy.🍟The pasta is so delicious that I want to dip it in the sauce on the baguette bread.🍝 (It would be better if could give a few slices of bread with pasta😁) Be sure to visit and enjoy coffee and food!
