The ladies that were on shift today need to fix their attitude. Made an order online around 6.30ish it said it would be ready in 20mins, arrived 10mins before the order should have been ready. We parked outside the front of the store and waited, saw the two ladies cleaning and obviously paying no attention to our order that had come through. We went into the store and asked if our order was ready, only for them to say that some of the ingredients were not available, and instead of communicating through a phone call or a text to let us know they were just gonna leave it, when she was asked if she was gonna contact us she just shrugged it off and said to come back tomorrow, we were not happy with the customer service, attitude or communication & requested a refund but they just refused at all costs, they said they’d be able to make one of the drinks and then a different one that was not requested and we agreed because at this point they were not wanting to do a refund. The other lady then proceeds to go to the back to make the smoothies and then comes back and says they don’t have gloves and said they haven’t restocked. Again the request for a refund was put out there in which they still did not want to issue, and then miraculously she comes back out with a full box of gloves, like are you kidding me? We have now got the smoothies and have binned them as they are so watery and there were clumps of powder and banana yuck! The biggest waste of money and time. When I got there, my son went in to grab the order, but had to wait for them to actually make it, shocking that after almost 50 minutes, ONE salad still wasn’t ready. Once I got home, I realized the salad was drenched in dressing. It was so overpowering that I ended up throwing it out.
