Ordered vanilla custard slices after dinner. Have been wanting for a while unfortunately they look better than they tasted. Pastry was soggy which I guess could be expected around this time of day, custard had an egg-like stodgy texture & consistency and icing was rich, but I guess without would be rather bland

Most frustrating staff they have, uneducated Indians they have hired to serve people queries. Don’t even know what customer has asked for and what they have served.when I called them back about my order then a lady that work in night shift started telling me that she haven’t warm the pineapple and cheese toastie because it would get hard. Just had the rudest customer service experience in recent memory from KAELA here. If she's the manager, God help the owners. She couldn't crack a smile if it was the last thing she did and rudely gave me orders. I tried to be helpful but she was having none of it and still didn't warm. The other staff were lovely and deserve KAELA'S job....
