Keeping in mind I never leave bad comments/review but this time I had too ..... THE Worst customer service ever..... 16/06/2019 at 9:50pm = waited to be served at the intercom through drive thru someone said "hello can i take your order" then that was literally it .....waited for at least 10 minutes still no respond ... about 2 other vehicles was waiting behind us si we thought to drive up to the window to advise what was happening just incase there was something wrong with the intercom and if it was okay then to take our order HOWEVER this rude staff member with so much attitude firstly did not apologize secondly told us to drive right around and wait back in line this time there was at least 5 vehicles, we were trying to explain but all she was saying is "NO ONE HEARD THE BEEP DRIVE BACK AROUND" yelled out to the other employees "DID QNY OF YOU HEAR THE BEEP? NO WO DRIVE BACK AROUND" no apologies whatsoever BUT how could it be when really someone in the beginning a staff member said "hello can I take your order"... when we went back around the order was taken at the intercom this person was actually being nice HOWEVER when we went to the window and this staff member noticed it was us again she pulled up another attitude with no thank you and no apologies... we managed to get her name from the receipt "Asomaliu" managers of this branch please have this conversation with this staff member which I believe her customer service was not acceptable at all.... because of this my family and I did not enjoy our meal and will not come back here. Read moreMy sister and I are regulars at Wendy’s Otara. We decided to have our usual meal one night, served by Asomaliu. We we’re at the intercom for a while after been told “please place your order” and like you do you respond, however it seemed no one could hear us. We were there for a good 5 minutes repeatedly saying if anyone could hear us. Rather than holding up the cue, we thought to order at the window because the intercom wasn’t working. We politely advised Asomaliu, that the intercom wasn’t working. Her response was completely disgusting. Having went to her colleagues saying out loud “did any one hear them, I didn’t” “ Did you hear them? I didn’t. Throwing her hands in the air, raising her voice being absolutely rude like we did something wrong. She then tells us to go back in cue (at this point there’s a long cue) I say to her in the most calmest way that we did not hear anything, and to go back in cue would be absurd. Why couldn’t we just place our order at the window? Anyways We drove back in cue which I thought was ridiculous and placed our order again (note: without raising our voice) and did not get an apology, no mannerism at all NOTHING! Read moreThe service was good and quick and the food was nice and fresh. The one star review is for the managers. The manager today (idk her name but she is Indian, I am not mentioning that to be negative towards a certain culture but I’m hoping it makes it easier to identify who I’m talking about) was extremely unprofessional and was telling off staff in front of customers. I don’t think that’s right and it would have been better for her to pull them aside and talk to them instead of telling them off in front of everyone, especially customers. I don’t think that promotes a very healthy working environment for staff. I also have to mention an experience with another manager now that I’ve seen other reviews about her. It’s the same blonde, middle aged lady who I think is racist and discriminating. I remember a customer who was trying to order but she spoke very little English. I remember hearing that manager tell the customer that she can’t take her order because she couldn’t understand her English. Her tone was extremely demeaning and disrespectful.
