Pretty good tea, but the only male staff there disappointed me in services. I am not sure why he is so impolite to his customer every time. Once, I ordered four cups of milk tea; he left them on the table. I am the only customer at that time. I am not sure how I could carry four cups with two hands. I asked him do you have a bag. He looked at me impatiently and said, we do not have a bag; we only got a carrying tray. I never met anybody service like that. Also, one day I heard from somebody else, while she was ordering milk tea, that man asked his co-worker; he said he could not understand what the customer said; he was wondering whether she could understand what is she talking about. Another staff said she could understand. He is so rude and arrogant. That lady said she would not go back to your store again the same as me just because of your staff's unacceptable...

With some imagination the drink has a hint of taro, but the overpowering sweetness of the drink combined with the sugary jellies paralyzed my remaining tastebuds, who survived the first sip of this bubbletea. If you want good, authentic bubbletea - then don't get the taro one. I don't know about the others, but dodge this one....
