I have bought a tank beef salad from here twice now during different times. Both times was a major disappointment. The lady who made both seemed to not use standard measurements like all other tank places I have been to. Meaning change in taste. Also quality of product used seems off or about to go off. It is not fresh (noodles were stale, greens were brown and beef was gristly). It was only from going the second time to get a salad that it reminded how bad the first time was. Yesterday, I ordered a mango zest smoothie. Usually, mango zest smoothies are thick and flavorful, but this one was awful—so sour, watery, and tasteless. When I spoke to one of the guy staff member about it there was no apology he simply said ‘That’s how it is because we put passion fruit in it. I had to insist they remake it, and even then, it still lacked flavour just sour and watery. Looks like they added ice to the same smoothie 🤮The customer service was terrible.
