The food was great, don't get me wrong. But this was on multiple occasions now that this type of incident has occured. Disclaimer: may be because I went during peak hours or what ever other situations, however these experiences were a generalization of all the experiences over time.
Ordered food at 12:08pm, thinking food was gonna come in 15 to 20 minutes. Would be ideal if there was a notification on POS when ordering during peak hours that there would be a 30 minute wait on food. Also rather discouraging to see people ordering after me to get their food first in which their order was the same as mine. As a customer, one would feel rather annoyed if that was happening at a constant.
Another thing was that (as a customer who understands the language), some of the comments made between the staff in another language can be understood by people who speak the common language. They should be mindful about what they say as customers can hear it and be interpreted as bad mouthing the customers.

Read moreIt's a Nightmare for Uber Eats delivery drivers. There's no parking over there. It is a restaurant inside the University of Canterbury. Its only paid parking or parking with coupons for staff and students. It doesn't make any sense paying $6 for parking for a $9 delivery. I searched for 20 minutes today for parking here and when I call the restaurant, the staff said don't cancel the order because we have been waiting a long time for this order to be picked up. I guess more than 2 or 3 drivers before me canceled this delivery because they might be knowing that there's no parking here, it was my first time and it gave me a hell of a time. At the end I have to park 800 meters away from the restaurant because I was left with no options. I called uber customer diamond support and unfortunately the so called diamond support also didn't have a solution for this issue.
