Absolutely Appalling Experience â Avoid This Store
I am compelled to share a thoroughly unpleasant experience at the Dominoâs store in Cashmere, which has left me quite dismayed. As someone who values courtesy and professionalism, I must say the conduct of the staffâparticularly the managerâwas nothing short of disgraceful.
Upon arriving to collect an online order, I politely requested for some extra oregano and offered to pay extra . To my astonishment, the manager flatly refused, citing his eight years of tenure at the store as justification for dismissing such requests. When I mentioned that previous staff members had kindly obliged on similar occasions, he adopted an arrogant and condescending tone, displaying what can only be described as an inflated sense of self-importance. We without getting into any unnecessary argument left the store.
He escalated the matters and said that I have previously lodged a complaintâan entirely false claim (In the past I just posted a normal review about the food) . I clarified that I had never done so, but given the hostile and intimidating manner in which we were being treated , I stated that I would indeed be writing a complaint review this time. His response? A smug declaration that he âdidnât care,â even inviting me to mention his name in the complaint, as he âowns the store.â we left the store without getting into any unnecessary argument.
Such behavior is utterly unacceptable in any customer-facing business, let alone in a country that prides itself on service and hospitality , and stand against such pathetic attitude. The managerâs aggressive stance and dismissive attitude created a deeply uncomfortable environment, and I fear this kind of conduct will only serve to drive loyal customers away.
I fully expect a templated ,Defensive and non helpful response to this review, but let it be known: customer service is not about ego or entitlement. Itâs about respect, empathy, and professionalismâqualities sorely lacking at this establishment and will soon take their business to the drains.

I had a deeply unpleasant experience at the Dominoâs Cashmere store that I feel compelled to share. A friend of mine placed an online order, and we went together to collect it. What should have been a routine pickup turned into a unnecessary confrontation due to the managerâs shockingly arrogant and dismissive attitude.
When my friend politely asked for some extra oregano and also offered to pay extra , the manager flatly refused, saying, âIâve worked here for 8 years, and we donât entertain such requests.â Even when we mentioned that staff had previously accommodated similar requests, the manager became visibly agitated and began behaving in an intimidating and condescending manner.
He then accused my friend of having submitted a complaint in the past, which was completely untrue. When my friend said he would be submitting a formal complaint this time, the manager responded with complete disregard, saying, âI donât care if you complain. Mention my nameâI own this store.â we left the store without getting into any unnecessary argument.
This kind of behavior is absolutely unacceptable, especially from someone in a leadership role. The managerâs attitude was not only unprofessional but also hostile, creating a very uncomfortable environment for customers.
Dominoâs is part of a customer service-driven industry, and this kind of arrogance and lack of accountability will only damage the brandâs reputation. I sincerely hope the head office takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue. No customer should be treated with such disrespect.

   Read moreI got uber eats from this dominos and got the mini creamy chicken and mushroom with the southern style chicken bites with the crispy chips only to find that the sides were cold and the pizza was cold and burnt to make things worse I got food poising the next day from this pizza and it was late by 10 minutes.I called up the store and explained this to them and they said it's highly unlikely that I got food poising from their pizza when I clearly know I did and they said that they didn't believe me.I requested a refund and only got store credit the manager was so rude and argumentative with me so just decided to get store credit due to the argument he was creating.I didn't even receive a refund like I asked for or a sorry for the inconveniences from they they just said sorry and hung up.I know exactly how your suppose to handle food poising cases as I use to work for pizza hut and how they handled this is not the right way.Now I have just lost $17.95 out of my bank to not get it back again and it's well worked for money.I am so disappointed and mad with this store if there was a option to give 0 stars I would.I hope the owner sees this and has a word to them about it as this is not on.Wouldnt recommend going to this dominos ever unless you want food poising or to get into a argument with the Verry rude managerđĄ.If you think I am going back here again think again.Pizza Hut...
