Domino's Pizza Shirley — Restaurant in Christchurch

Terrible service. I went in to order garlic chips, as I have from this store many times, but the manager came over and said I could not get garlic sauce on chips. I told him I was happy to pay extra, and he rudely just said no. I tried to explain that I had ordered garlic sauce with chips plenty of times from this store as well as other Domino's and tried to ask why they suddenly would not provide this order anymore but the manager got angry and just kept repeating himself saying NO NO NO. I couldn't believe the lack of communication, apology, explanation or otherwise. Went up the road to a different Domino's who made my chips no problem. Definitely never going back to this store. After I failed to order online via app and website I rushed down to the store in Shirley CHCH frustrated by not being able to complete payment and use the voucher emailed to me however the very helpful manager explained how the deal worked, I was very embarrassed as was completely my error, the manager handled my situation incredibly well, was patient, kind, offering solutions also put my order through immediately advising ready 10mins. True to his word as advised was in my hands 2 delicious piping hot pizzas, beautifully cooked, in just under 10 mins! I was a buyer in many pizzeries in Christchurch, more or less expensive. Recently I have moved in Burwood and became a regular customers of Domino's Pizza Shirley. We buy pizza and sides here for almost a year every week. The boys are doing amazing job, always on time, always correct order and the taste has never been disappointet me. For this price and service I cant's see any competition in Christchiurch. If you are looking for fast Pizza, there is only one possible direction. Order online and go for pickup or just let them do...
