Shirley Library — Attraction in Christchurch

I don't think me and my kids will be back here in a hurry. There's a blonde lady in the customer service counter who's just totally not nice to deal with. You need to avoid this lady. She's judgemental and mean. Doesn't even know the meaning of the word "customer service". Librarian appeared a tad more helpful but took ages to warm up to helping. The staff at the Shirley library are so helpful. I'm technology challenged but with the help of staff I'm learning to scan, photocopy, upload documents etc. They have great patience and I like how they oversee and guide me to do it for myself rather than doing it for me. I was nervous and felt silly the first time asking for help but now I'm confident to ask them anything and I'm learning new things each time I'm there....
