HELL Pizza Ferry Road — Restaurant in Christchurch

Long time customer however tonight was terrible :( They were obviously busy trying to get pizzas out for Friday the 13th, so when I made my order for pick up it said it may take longer than anticipated. All good. It said it would be ready for pick up at 7:18pm, I showed up at quarter to 8, and it was only just about to go into the oven. I didn’t mind, I was happy to get it fresh and hot. Get home and it is a disaster - go to pick up a piece of pizza and the toppings just fall right off, exposing the base. I have a video of me picking up every slice with this happening, but it doesn’t let me post a video with this review. Only photos, the first photo is the end result. The cheese isn’t even cooked into the base properly. Chicken uncooked. Very very under-done. It’s not usually how the pizza looks at all! I was in the store… I would have much rather waited the extra time for a good pizza than receive a rushed undercooked one! I can’t even eat it. So...

As last evening i ordered a large pandemonium hand stretched pizza, two camembert salads. I was informed it would be 1and 1/4 hours, i had to ring back at 8.15 only to be told it was just leaving and would be here in 10 minutes, the food turned up over 45 minutes late cold pizza salad half full missing nuts plus avocado. My issue is i can see by your docket my order was due at 7 49, how can it arrive to me at 8 35 when i am two minutes drive from ferry road. Topping off my disappointment when i rang to voice my complaint i was once again told sorry we were very busy. I have been a constant customer at ferry road for a good many years to be made to feel that i have to put up with sub standard food and to be told that because of the big discount promotion that''s what happened, but they would send out a small free pizza with my next order, this is not at all acceptable, are you having a laugh? Driest pizza I have ever had. The base was rock hard and so dry. Toppings were poor and both the pizzas I picked up were uneatable. I have never had a pizza that was so dry and revolting. I wont return to the Ferry Road Hells Pizza for this reason. I would like my money refunded. Order number 48 last night. Worst Hells pizza ever. I cant even explain how dry this was but it was uneatable. Shame on you as hells isnt cheap.AVOID While this branch gives you an email to reach out to them they ignore the email when you send it. I want a full refund as this place is disgusting and never going back.
