The food was just okay. It took more than 40 minutes for our order to arrive, which was quite frustrating. The biggest disappointment was the masala tea – it tasted really strange, almost like curry had been mixed in. Also, the cleanliness of the tea cup was not good at all, which was quite off-putting. Overall, not a great experience and definitely needs improvement.

My concern isn't about the platter or takeaway, but rather the wait time for my starter, which exceeded 30 minutes. Typically, starters are meant to kick off the meal promptly. Regarding the platter, if it wasn't included in the First Table package, we would have expected to be charged the full price for it, not a discount - we didn't request a reduction. Given our past experiences at First Table, I hope you can look into improving your service timing and ensure that billing aligns with orders. Instead of justifying the expectations made, I'd appreciate it if you could address the wait time issue mentioned...

Seems more like a takeaway feel than a comfortable inviting restaurant. Staff member pretty friendly though. Went on a first table and ordered a platter, but I had missed it wasn’t part of the deal on the special conditions and wasn’t reminded by the waiter until payment. Would think that would be something said at ordering. But that’s okay, my fault for forgetting the special conditions. Food was standard Indian takeaway in my opinion. There’s a lot of Indian restaurants and takeaways across the city, this was middle or below. Nothing bad about the food but nothing good either. Overall just a fine experience, always looking for stand out Indian restaurants, but alas this was just...
