Used to be our weekly go-to — but tonight, they served up disappointment in a bowl. Normally, this place hovers around a 3.5 to 4-star level: decent enough to keep you from cooking, reliable enough to order again. But tonight, their food and service took a nosedive.
I was served what I can only assume was fried rice left to cook while the chef took a nap or wandered off for a bathroom break. Charred, bitter, and completely inedible. One dish out of a four-dish order, sure — but the rest of the family ate while mine sat on the bench like a warning from the culinary gods.
I called, thinking a refund for the burnt mess would be reasonable. Apparently not. Maybe they like their rice blackened to oblivion, but I prefer mine edible.

I ordered sweet and sour pork with noodles, with extra spice which is what I usually get; this is priced at $10.90. Tonight they gave me just sweet and sour pork, no noodles and no spice, coming to a total of $15 and refused to change my order once they had already got it wrong.. making me pay the full $15.Never buying from here again absolutely disgusting...

I ordered vegetarian Singapore noodles and well.... they were not vegetarian but I saw that too late to ask for a replacement.
Three place looks vey clean, I had a look behind the counter and it was clean there too. Process are fair and food is alright, a bit too oily to my liking but fine.
Three exterior of the shop looks super rough and the staff that was there today barely spoke English.
