This should be a minus star, we had a very bad experience today my wife had two free coffee's on her app and asked for one small single shot latte and a regular trim flat white the small latte arrived but no trim flat white when my wife went back to the counter the older Indian lady argued that she only ordered one coffee so my wife asked for the second free regular trim flat white, when a small trim flat white arrived she was apologized to but didn't offer to make the correct coffee, I went up to the counter and explained that not only did she get one order wrong but did it again I said in a calm voice that you're not listening properly I then get told that I'm being RUDE how dare you're staff tell me I'm being RUDE. I used to go here until they changed hands this year. Terrible service. They don't listen to your order. I asked for a single shot flat white with one sugar. First time there was no sugar. I asked the girl if she put sugar in it and she replied I hadn't asked for sugar. I had. 2nd time I asked for a single shot flat white with one sugar. This time it had sugar but no shot of coffee. It was milk and sugar. I couldn't be bothered arguing so it went straight in the bin. 3rd time I again asked for a single shot and ended up with a triple shot. I queeried it. Again she was rude.
