I would never recommend Pizza Hut Bryndwr. I ordered pizza online pay instore etc. I get there paid my order then went outside to wait in the car as the guy just walked away after I paid. Anyway he comes out tells me its ready i go back in no ones at the counter couple minuets later he then sees me and tells me the one on the counter is mine anywho ..... 5minuets ago I get a call 03 number I answered it and this lady starts talking i couldnt understand her for the life of me I thought she rang from the warehouse and im trying to think i didn't order anything from the warehouse later on down the track she tells me where shes calling from pizza hut , she said my order declined i said arw you sure because the guy that served me gave me my order she said yes it declinded amongst like her talking i couldn't understand her at all i asked to speak to someone else and she starts yelling at me on the phone shut up shut up do you speak English Next time you come into this shop I will be ringing the police i was like excuse me then she hung up seconds later someone else calls me i answered it and it was a guy this time i could understand him for the life of me I dont know why she didn't put him on after I asked to speak to someone else he then asked when I could come in i said I can come in tomorrow or can I pay online my kids are in bed he said thats fine i said I would like to make a complaint towards the last lady that just rang me im a customer and shes yelling at me ' shut up ' I asked to speak to the manger and he told me he was the manager and that I have to come in and fill out there complaint forms I then asked who is the next higher person because I felt like he just completely brushed what she had just finsihed doing & he goes no one is higher unless you email someone...
Read moreWould give a zero star if I could. To start off with we’ve had many bad experiences at this branch but this time was so horrific I had to leave a review. This was the worst experience I have ever had with any company or staff in my entire life and myself and everyone present for my husband’s birthday will never order Pizza Hut again ever. The order was completely wrong (and a lot smaller than what we ordered). When I called up to state this to the Brynwar team and asked for the correct order to arrive I was interrupted and told to call back later as they’re busy. There was absolutely no apology. I then explained that we had guests over and this was for a birthday dinner so we needed the correct order asap. The girl then hung up on me. I called back and explained the situation again to someone else. They told me without any apology “if you want to drive to our store we can give you store credit” to which I responded that that’s not going to work as it’s too far away and we also have guests here waiting to eat dinner. He told me that’s the best he can do and that they’re too busy to redo the order correctly. After a lot of back and forth he finally said fine we’ll redo it and send it out to you in 25 minutes. I thanked him and he hung up. We waited 55 minutes with all guests waiting and the event completely ruined with no pizza arriving. I called back 50 times from different phones to ask what’s happening and they didn’t pick up once. They completely ghosted us and we never received the correct order or store credit or a refund. Read moreI placed an online order for pizzas to be delivered FIVE days prior to the date of delivery. Not Once, in Any Way, did I receive ANY communication from the Bryndwr store about any possible delays or inability to carry out my order in a timely manner. I ordered 6 limos, to be delivered at 3.10pm, they did not arrive until 3.36pm. My order was time sensitive. I’m sure you receive many orders for kids parties at Launchpad Trampoline Park, which have time slots of 2 hours. My pizzas were delivered 26 minutes late. That is almost a quarter of the time slot of our party. Within those 26 minutes, my 75 year old father had to leave the venue as he was uncomfortable, (he is recovering from surgery to remove bowel cancer), and therefore missed out on being there to witness his eldest grandchildren blow out their birthday candles. It’s not every day your children turn 5 & 3, and it’s not every day your parent battling cancer has the ability to witness this. You robbed my father of this moment. Had I known your delivery would’ve been delayed by 26 minutes, I would have ordered from a more reliable pizza restaurant, but your total lack of communication over the Five Days prior to delivery, meant I was completely unaware there would be a delay until 3.10pm on the day when I called the store only to be given unclear, inaccurate answers. This is absolutely unacceptable, disgustingly disappointing and demonstrates a total disregard for customer service, especially for such a large order.
