The Butcher's Apron - Edgeware — Restaurant in Christchurch

What an awesome find in St Albans, Christchurch and dam it.. just found this cool fuel stop a day before I am leaving to go home to the Waikato. Excellent menu, my type of food, excellent prices, for this budget conscious traveller, but most of all the food itself... Me and my mate ordered BLT's and I kid you not, no measly one slice of budget grade bacon in this BLT, it was jam packed with top quality bacon. This was the best BLT in the world and I am unanimous in that !! Top marks too to the nice lady running The Butcher's Apron, she was charming, helpful and even gave us some 'The Rock" stickers for the Toyota.. Im sorry I never got a pic of the BLT because once I bit into it, I couldnt stop !! Was even enough bacon left to take back to our hungry Staffies waiting...

The interactions at point of sale i’ve had have rivalled the quality of the food, and as the meat is sourced from Peter Timbs butchery next door, you know it packs a punch. THE BEST BLT and bacon butties in town and probably further. If you are wanting a bacon fix this is the place for you. Very generous serving. Fresh vegetables and bread. Great service. Quick section. Had an Ice Coffee, good taste but not the way I prefer my Ice Coffee. Nothing better sitting here on a Sunny day having a bacon fix with a good tasting...
