THAI AT-TA-ROTE Eatery Belmont — Restaurant in Devonport-Takapuna

We ordered the spicy basil crispy pork and the spicy fish dish which came with 2 rice. The mains were quite bigger portion than I expected. Both dish full of flavour and the spice level was lower than expected since we ordered medium. The snapper was really good texture, not too dry as well, slight crisp on outside. The sauce on both dish definitely needs to pair with rice as it is quite strong in flavour. Fish dish was slightly better than the pork but both were very good. Service is very good, owner is nice and refilled our water before we even finished it.

The most delicious Thai food I have had in a VERY long time!! I was so excited to see that Belmont had a new Thai restaurant, so we ordered to try it out. Last week we got a Chicken Cashew Nuts, Crispy Pork Cashew Nuts, Vegetarian spring rolls, curry puffs & the Chicken in Love. Tonight we ordered again, Chicken Cashew Nuts, Chicken green curry, curry puffs and the spring rolls. The quality of the meat and veges is just so good. Unbelievably tasty! Absolutely will be our go-to takeaway option from now on. So good I’ve already told all our neighbours...

We ordered the spicy chicken noodles (medium) the spice level was perfect the flavour was amazing the chicken just melted in your mouth all the veges were cooked so well delicious, we live far away and thought we would give it a go and will 100% make the drive back out here to purchase again and again beautiful food thank you chef!
