I have been calling your restaurant since my food was delivered tonight but your phone is off the hook it seems. Says line busy but been trying for over half hour.

Last time I made an order which was over $50 it was meant to come with rice an essential part of the order, I even called to make sure it was part of the order, when delivered their was no rice, when I complained they told me to pick it up I said no we paid delivery then they got an uber to bring some back.

We ordered again tonight, I was worried from last time but thought hey should be fine, even left a note to remind them once again like I did last time but that was a phone call, again no rice! I am calling to get it delivered again but no answer for 40 minutes since delivered at 7:50pm. Am super disappointed you have done this again and not even answering to have someone to sort out...

Haven't been able to come across any other Thai takeaway remotely near where I live (Hibiscus Coast) that uses free range chicken.
