I recently visited the McDonald's restaurant in Bombay, Auckland and overall, I was satisfied with my experience. The place was clean and tidy, which is always important to me when dining out. The staff were helpful and friendly, which made for a pleasant atmosphere.
As for the food, it was what I would expect from a McDonald's restaurant. The quality was consistent with my previous experiences at this chain. However, I did have a couple of issues with my experience. Firstly, the restaurant was quite cold, which made for an uncomfortable dining experience. I understand that fast food restaurants can't always be perfectly temperature controlled, but it was a bit too chilly for my liking.
Additionally, the floor was quite slippery, which made me feel a bit uneasy while walking around the restaurant. It's important to keep the floors clean and safe for customers, so this was a minor issue but one that I hope can be addressed in the future.
Overall, my experience at the McDonald's restaurant in Bombay, Auckland was satisfactory. While there were a couple of issues, they were minor and didn't greatly impact my overall enjoyment...
Read moreThe gourmet burger was good. The salad lame, service fast. But the toilet was like something out of a developing nation. Unfortunately, once the entrance door shut behind me this germ-infested hell hole had me trapped. The loo was blocked and full to the brim with the contents of a victorian gutter, repulsive! Then the urinal stank to high heavens, wow I think someone emptied a week old colostomy bag and the auto flush was still waiting to kick in, but I had to top it up. I think others had chosen to go on the floor as it had the look of the sunrise over a calm sea, cloudy yellow. At least the water out of the taps was clear, but then I had to dry and touch the door handle. I left infested with the stench that only an agent from the Matrix could truly describe. I was glad I had already eaten and the fact that it was pissing down outside as I felt cleansed by the time I jumped into my car. The girl behind the counter was nice though. As they say, always look for the silver lining. Two stars, one for the burger, one for the girl. You can jog on for the others...
Read moreProbably the dirtiest McDonald's I've been to. Kids play area didn't look like it had been cleaned/vacuumed for weeks and it smelled like wees. Restaurant was dirty in general, tables not clean, food on the floor and the temperature was way too cold for our baby so we had to sit in the outdoor area. Toilets were terrible, the only men's toilet cubicle was closed with a sign saying it was being cleaned at the moment which was clearly not true. As soon as you open the hallway door to go to the toilets the smell of stale urine hits you in the face. If that all wasn't bad enough, when we put our rubbish in the bin it was filthy with spilt food/drinks all around the inside/outside that hasn't been cleaned in ages. The bag inside was emptied but bin was dirty in general. We were really looking forward to stopping in for a meal and toilet break on our road trip home and we just left feeling let down and disappointed. Usually you can rely on McDonald's to have a clean and tidy restaurant/toilets... 👎👎👎...
