Iced green tea and any 'iced' drink is made by shaking with ice. If you want a drink blended with ice then you order a 'green tea Frappuccino'.
When you order online the time frame can always change based on how busy and how many customers walk into the store.
Staff are training on and off the job to help them be faster in peak time periods. Off the job to allow them to learn to make the drinks properly and then introducing them to the rush hours slowly. It's an overwhelming job when you're new to it and have lines out the door waiting for you. Pukekohe store is rumoured to have been the most busiest and best performing store.
Everyone there is new and are having to go with the flow of major changes to the store daily as they prepare to be the first drive thru in NZ. So give them a break guys they're all trying there hardest.
Also if someone didn't want to say the name it is because they were scared of not being able to pronounce it and not wanting to offend you - this isn't a form of racism at all.
Caramel coffee frappe man order extra caramel syrup in your drink and ask for less coffee trust me it's way better that way lol.
Starbucks Pukekohe team you guys are doing such an incredible job with all the little struggles the store has faced. With all the yelling and rude customers that have been through and still handling it with grace you should all be so proud of yourselves for being a part of the beginning of this new store.
Thank you for the yummiest drinks ever. Every time I order something new and they are just incredibly delicious.
A special shout out also to the two happy lovely ladies I think they were Hope and Chloe who were working very early this morning. How you manage to be so positive and energetic so early in the morning I have no idea but your happy upbeat and bubbly personalities actually made my day.
The only negative about Starbucks is issues with the app can't be fixed instore it has to be through the...
Read moreI love the coffee at Starbucks in general it’s my weekly treat. But one staff member at Pukekohe branch consistently mixes up my order, and it’s happened several times before. I understand if it happens once in a while but truth be told this one staff member does it a lot. I thought I’d get her to repeat order back for reassurance. Better order labeling or name calling could help because stood there trying to guess which order belongs to who as all labeled as guest name.
Today, my order was delayed and when I asked a staff member about it or to reconfirm I’m taking correct order from counter I got a dismissive response. I understand what it’s like to work in fast paced environment making coffees because I did it for a job. I gave same energy back to the staff member who was dismissive but later apologised for my rude tone and they returned with apology along with my order which I appreciate. They offered a refund which I refused because at end of day I just wanted coffee and food. They admitted my order was in back all along which I obviously could not get. A simple acknowledgment to customers or assisting them with query is that simple and would avoid frustration. I know I’ll get a great experience when one of the servers* doesn’t serve me alone. Sad to say but true. Further training and support for her would be good for her growth and customers experiences. Previous experiences they would usually get cup size wrong or I get a completely different order and I let it slide and just sit down enjoy it even though I’m lactose intolerant 🤣. Sometimes I like to sit and enjoy coffee in store without takeaway cup.
Experience was not it this time round from few staff members. Hopefully this feedback can help you make a better change to service. Great service is what sets a place apart and gives people a reason to return so please help the staff out or have experienced person help...
Read moreThe team here at Starbucks Pukekohe are simply amazing. Although it does appear that some of the good staff have either been away or have now left. Jess, the store manager leads the team and ensures a high standard for both customer service and product quality. Other Starbucks stores could learn from this, as there is simply nothing more important than customer satisfaction.
The only concern I have is that some of the food is poor in quality. Particularly items like the scones which are often dry and crumbly. I would like their head office to understand that there needs to be improvement in this area. In order to grow the food sales of any business, the best way to do this is to begin with better quality products. Don't underestimate the power of quality food offerings. Thanks Starbucks Pukekohe, and keep up the amazing work...
