Very disappointed with all aspects of our visit today ... was not overly busy for the time of year, however the service was very poor with disinterested staff, lack of manners and certain felt they were happy to take our money but didn't want to really engage more than they had too ...had to ask where the coffee was I had ordered as other tables served before us but arrived after .. no appolgises when it arrived ... though unable to drink as coffee had been burnt, smoothie severed in a warm glass direct from dishwasher.. lunch was a overcooked chicken burger and beef burger and our chips tasted like they had been cooked twice 😪 waitress came to table to clear plates before we had even put knife and fork down... didn't ask if we had finished or why 1/2 our dinners still on plates just cleared them... Witnessed staff directly holding food (no gloves/tongs) from cabinet then serve it to a customer .... When we paid no engagement from staff member, just told cost and they started to walk away as I was using card, no how was the meal, thank you for coming etc ... as a local I definielty wont be returning. $80 I wish I spent...

Just had an outstanding beef burger, with fries. WOW! Chilli bacon jam, brioche bun with 2 x handmade beef patties, with a top end cheddar melt, full of fresh salad, washed back with a craft hazy pale ale…(in a giant pint glass, man-heaven 😀). Fries crispy and delicious. This place was a real find, the food sensational, the service warm, friendly and customer focused. Cannot speak highly enough. My 94 year Dad had the gourmet pulled lamb wrap, juicy, and we’ll seasoned. The Vietnamese beef salad…with caramelised chilli sesame dressing, really beautiful. Portions are generous, using fresh local ingredients. Didn’t have space for the sticky ginger date…next time. Relaxed and cool vibe, country kitchen feel, prices are very reasonable and the drinks menu extensive. 5 stars from us, we will definitely be back. Congratulations to the really nice people at the Corner Kitchen in Clevedon. ...

Wanted to try out the new menu so arrived for an early dinner with 3 other guests and enjoyed pre-dinner drinks out on the new deck. Impressive wine list and some interesting beers to choose from. Lovely setting on the deck with the last of the days sun streaming in and surrounded by the foliage.

Service was prompt, knowledgeable and friendly.

Moved inside to a booth for dinner. New layout inside is cozy and provides for intimate seating.

Oysters with Kahawai pate was superb. Dumplings to die for. We shared these two entrees amongst the 3 of us.

I chose the ribs for my main and this was also superb.

Can't remember the name of the accompanying red wine (which was recommended) but it was just right.

Service continued to be excellent and my companion's mains were also raved about (Salmon and Beetroot, and the Pork).

We'll be back, for sure. Highly...

The menu blew my mind a little trying to figure out how the flavors would blend, finally decided on the warm slow cooked pulled lamb salad on couscous with pumpkin beetroot and feta. The lamb was tender and the juices had blended thru the couscous and combined with the other flavors to make the best couscous I've ever tasted. It was hearty and filling winter food, my only disappointment was not having room to fit in the passionfruit coconut and lime and mango dessert. The service was friendly and efficient and a good atmosphere, mainly locals I think, obviously a place well liked and frequented and justifiably so. Farmers market, craft fair and lunch here made a perfect outing on a crisp clear winters day. Highly recommended

Strange experience really. First waitress who welcomed us was lovely, however she went on break The girl who served us after was just somewhat uninterested and almost snobby. We ordered a lamb dish and fish and chips, my mates lamb dish was amazing but the fish and chips were well below average, terrible batter and the chips were defiantly left overs or re-fries as pictured. Not worth $27 at all. When paying the waitress did ask how the food was, explained above - however it felt as if it was just a formality to ask. Won’t be hurrying back. Water not topped off or re-attended to. Below average service all round.

Sunday lunch the kitchen was unable to produce food in a timely manner and the poor servers were apologising left and right to diners. The restaurant owner should remove some tables if the kitchen is too small or not staffed up to provide. The food was fine, but definitely not worth an hour’s wait. If we ever do return to this restaurant, we’d sit outside since inside was very noisy (average 80 db’s). One thing that we’ve never, ever seen except at this restaurant is that a soda without ice came in a glass that was purposely filled less than the same soda with ice. And neither glass was filled to the top.
