My comment has been deleted by the owner 4 times now. I am determined to keep this review up. No matter how many times I have to write it. I had terrible service. I ordered a coffee and a meal off the menu. My coffee took an hour to get to me. And it was stone cold when it eventually did get to me. It wasn’t very nice either. I only had a few sips out of it before feeling sick to my stomach. And the food I had was not worth waiting almost an hour and a half for. There wasn’t many people in the cafe. Maybe 2 other tables. All the workers just stood around talking. I only ended up getting my coffee and meal after I went up to the lady and asked where my order was. The lady I spoke to was quite rude also. She had an attitude with me both when I ordered and when I asked how far it would be. The cafe was extremely dirty. The floor has thousands of crumbs so clearly they don’t clean up.

It took 25 minutes for our drinks and scone to arrive; delivered one at a time because the same youth struggles carrying more than one item. Every meal or drink delivered to tables around ours was accompanied by an apology for the long wait/and or incorrect order. The little cubby house in the garden is a nice touch, but the steep, slippery ramshackle stairs up to it appear to have been made by someone who bears an active grudge...
