Burger King Hillcrest — Restaurant in Hamilton

ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE !! compared to the other burger kings it is much much better, heres why: The workers are so so kind & get straight to the point instead of wasting your time, they are patient & lovely to talk to & always use great manners The time of waiting is very minimum because they work swiftly & carefully, they always put good effort into peoples meals despite all the rude teenagers/children & snarky adults they have to deal with on a daily basis they always keep that smile & get through it The place is always clean, i dont know how they do it but they keep the place miraculously clean, it is lovely to walk into such a good environment that feels welcoming & makes you wanna sit down & enjoy your meal there The food is always good, they never disappoint, dont matter how tired or bored they are, they make it good enough to satisfy their customers

I was very hungry today morning, starving for breakfast, unfortunately i choose Hillcrest burger king, I ordered chicken muffins with 2 extra petty. I was alone drive through no more cars behind me to rush make my order n give wrong chicken burger. I hate to burger in the morning. I call them back n told thing. And they said can't do anything, when you come next time in store I will refund money n blla blla , I said don't waste my further more time n hang up. Lady call me back scolded me to do my complain in police , really this guys not deserve to customer service department, no apologies nothing , this guys failed in customer service don't know how to handle unhappy customer. My review for this store is zero. They don't...

This place has got to be the filthiest restaurant I've ever been too. Every table as well as the floor is full of grease. The floor is that slippery it's an actual hazard! If the visible part of the venue looks like that I don't even want to know the condition of the kitchen. Regional management of BK needs to take action and government authorities should visit, as this place is horrendous! This was the first time for me eating at a burger king in years and most likely the last for the coming years....
