Copper and Cream Hamilton — Restaurant in Hamilton

Honestly love this place I’ve just moved to Hamilton so when all my friends and family come up I always bring them here and speak so highly such yummy ice cream.

I forgot to write this a good few weeks ago I went there with my boyfriend and we were hyping it up to one of my friends who visited us and he was so excited to try it but it was a disaster there was only one girl on all by herself which is crazy and she looked so lost and so stressed it brought such a unsettling environment and it legit took 30 mins to just order and about an hour for her to make our ice cream and we didn’t even order anything hot she even did dishes before making our ice cream and was dropping things and swearing under her breath the whole time made me feel uncomfortable to come back but I’ve been there other times and meet some lovely people that work there though and food is good, I just think there should be more than one person on if there new and don’t have...

The staff were amazing, service was quick, seating was certainly available and the range seems brilliant - but I cannot QUITE justify the price for the product! ✨

I truly believe this would be a bustling location for those late night dessert cravings and, as mentioned, the staff were genuinely wonderful and accommodating. For ~$10 however, the slice of Pecan Pie I had was more gelatinous and caramel-y - I would presume its for the sake of preservation - but even a side of soft serve didn't hit the mark in this instance; considering a full pie starts at $40 for a whole one!

DO NOT let this take away from the awesome mahi this place does and I do recommend everyone try it at...

I can't tell you what the soft serve ice cream tasted like as it broke just after it was handed to me so I ended up having to throw it out as I didn't want to waste another 20 minutes to get a soft serve ice cream. My hubby was able to have his and he said McDonald's soft serves with more tastier. I think there needs to be more than one person in the shop , especially when you have customers coming in for icecreem, he was doing orders for doordash and Uber eat instead of doing our orders, we had to remind him as we had waited 20 minutes.
