Just went in to order and the customer in front of me had ordered via online. Long story short part of his order was a paua fritter which when he arrived they didn't have so he settled for a mussel fritter and a scollop which still does nt amount to the price of he paua fritter. When the man went to ask where his change was the boy serving him claimed the rest as the fee for ordering online and did not give him the change he was owed. He had paid his fee online when ordering so he was more then in his rights to ask for his change they pretty much ripped him off. I'm hoping that after I left they did the right thing and gave this man his money back! I will no longer be support g this buisness as I dont agree with what they did tonight and if you decide to support their buisness make sure you're getting...

When you approch, you think is this a security facility with how many bars are on the window, but you enter to find a large customer area and a service desk with a lady asking you what you want steriotypically without sounding racist.

The food is nice and cheap which we stan in this economy, $6 chicken burger? Slay. The chips are good but the fish is amazing. I prefer a thick fish over a long fish, and sis serves thicc long fish. We love it thicc and long.

Disappointing!!! Ordered a $6 dollar pack which contains 1 fish I hotdog 2 potato fritters and about 10 chips 🤔 when I opened the pack they had put tomato sauce on the hotdog (allergic to tomatoes) they didn't even ask me!! The hotdog had half the chips and paper stuck to it (yuck) gave it to the next door neighbors dog.. also the man and lady that run the place are very arrogant no thank you or even a smile. Never again...
